The present invention relates to a composite panel manufacturing method by using a molding complex plate which comprises: a first step of having a sanding on at least one side of the upper side or the lower side of the molding complex plate; a second step of cutting the molding complex plate, a middle heartwood and the other plate; a third step of manufacturing a composing plate in which the middle heartwood and the other plate is pressed after composed and adhered; a fourth step of forming a groove in a part to fill up the liquefied resin among the molding part of the middle heartwood; a fifth step of manufacturing a complex plate by adhering after composing and pressing the composing plate which has the groove in the molding part of the middle heartwood and the molding complex plate; a sixth step of hardening after filling the liquefied resin in the part which has the groove; a seventh step of hardening after filing the liquefied resin in the joint groove line in between the composed molding complex plates from the upper part of the complex plate, after stacking the molding complex plate on the surface; an eighth step of processing a frame of the molding complex plate after having the sanding on the upper surface. The present invention is capable of processing to the desired design with home processing method by filling up the liquefied resin in the part which has the groove, and hardening without having a mold.
