A vacuum insulation, comprising heartwood and an outer cover and having sealing strength of 5-15kgf, is provided. The outer cover includes, from the outside, a surface protective layer, a metal barrier layer, and a laminated structure of a heat deposited layer. In addition, the vacuum insulation manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: preparing the outer cover by allowing the heat deposited layer, the metal barrier layer, and the surface protective layer to be sequentially laminated; inserting heartwood between the outer cover; forming a vacuum insulation by allowing the outer cover to be decompressed and sealed; and treating the vacuum insulation by heat. |
