摘要 The present invention relates to a torque sensor for detecting torque applied to a steering axle using the magnetic force in a steering system for a vehicle. The present invention newly detects the torque amount using the position angle difference of absolute phase angles by simultaneously obtaining and calculating the N and S magnetic forces of multipolar ring magnets installed in an input axle and an output axle; thereby precisely detecting the torque amount of the input axle with a simple structure and easily assembling parts for detecting the torque amount of the input axle. Also, the present invention can easily assemble and apply the parts for detecting the torque amount of the input axle without remarkably changing the design of an existing steering device and can detect the absolute phase angles for detecting the precise torque amount in rotation and stop.
