The device (9) has a light source (4) e.g. LED, halogen lamp and fluorescent lamp, that produces a color effect for floor indication and includes a controller (5). The controller is programmable by a terminal e.g. man-machine interface, and includes a processor and a memory unit. A color sensor communicates with the controller and adjusts a color profile. The light source is positioned on a side wall, cover and a base of an elevator cab (1). An independent claim is also included for a method of guiding passengers into an elevator with an elevator cab. |
