The present invention relates to a portable plastic bag fixing apparatus and, more particularly, to fix a mouth of the plastic bag open for convenience of using the plastic bag. The mouth of the plastic bag enables to separate and combines to be fixed and the plastic bag has durable handles thereof instead of inconvenient handles for a easy-to-carry. When the plastic bag is fixed in one place without carrying, the present invention can be used by fixing and combining a protruded part, located at a position to be fixed upon binding of the apparatus, with an auxiliary device. |
