The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an end piece of a vehicle, the end piece comprises a groove (11) formed in an upper part of a body (10) and a coupling protrusion (12) formed on one side. A bend (200) is connected to the coupling protrusion (12) of the end piece of the vehicle to form an end piece assembly (300) of the vehicle. The end piece assembly (300) is installed between an engine room and a cover to prevent noise with airtight property. The method for manufacturing the end piece of the vehicle is to charge a film (50) made of polyurethane into a lower mold (42) of an end piece mold (40) having upper and lower molds (41, 42); is to inject polyurethane solutions for injection molding to integrally form the film on the side wherein the coupling protrusion (12) of the end piece (100). The present invention is capable of preventing defects in components by improving the intensity of the side protrusion of the body as the film is inserted and molded into the side protrusion of the end piece body.
