摘要 The present invention relates to a rotary valve, for increasing of a steam cooking line, that is installed in an entrance and an exit of a steam cooking equipment, wherein the steam cooking equipment includes the steam cooking line to increase of steam cooking raw materials such as defatted soybean, wheat, wheat flour, soybean, and wheat rice consecutively. The present invention can minimize pressure loss despite an increase of an internal pressure of the steam cooking equipment, and supply or discharge the raw materials thereto. Provided is the rotary valve for increasing of a steam cooking line to increase efficiency of a continuous steam cooking by automatically forming kinetic pressure for increasing a bucket on the rotary to an internal pressure of the steam cooking equipment or depressurization for decreasing the pressure to an external pressure.
