PURPOSE: A thermal efficiency system for a cooling and heating boiler is provided to maintain the pressure of a refrigerant with allowing the refrigerant to flow to a low pressure side when the pressure decreases, thereby improving the efficiency of a cooling and heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A thermal efficiency system for a cooling and heating boiler includes a compressor(100). The compressor compresses a refrigerant so that the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant are highly raised.
