摘要 The present invention relates to a digital information control point update system applied to a numerical map in which drawings and GPS information are synthesized capable of effectively managing the state of the location of all national control points by automatically transmitting the information on the control points of which the location are shifted to a national control point management server at a long distance by monitoring the national control points in real time through an automatic determining function of changes in location and through periodical automatic observation. Even slight changes in location which are difficult to be seen with naked eyes caused by a land subsidence can be monitored. The present invention comprises: a solar battery panel installed on a national control point or its surroundings; a first rechargeable battery; a cover plate; an image for determining changes in location formed on one side of the cover plate; heat rays; a light sensor; an electromagnet; and a first controller. Also, it comprises: a camera for taking an image formed on the cover plate of a national control point; a camera operating unit; a driving generator for providing the power for the camera operating unit; and a national control point management server determining changes in the location of a national control point at a long distance by receiving image information sent from the camera.
