The present invention relates to an auto supplying, discharging, and mounting apparatus of FPCB detecting equipment. To efficiently supply the FPCB by successively and alternately supplying the FPCB of a sheet type to both sides, in an apparatus for supplying, discharging and mounting the FPCB in a FPCB detecting equipment comprising a inspection camera for inspecting the FPCB and a inspection table for mounting the FPCB, a frame is separated from the upper part of the inspection table and is vertical to the moving direction of the inspection table. A screw is installed to be rotated on the front side of the frame along the frame. A motor is connected to one side of the screw in a longitudinal direction and rotates the screw. A supply moving member and discharge moving member are combined with the screw and straightly move on the screw by the rotation of the screw with a regular distance. A supply adsorption member and discharge adsorption member are installed to move up and down in each lower part of the supply moving member and discharge moving member and have adsorption plates in a lower end. A supply unit is installed on one side of the ground surface in the longitudinal direction of the screw to form a shape of the frame and supplies the FPCB. A mounting unit is installed on the other side of the ground surface in the longitudinal direction of the screw to form a shape of the frame and mounts the FPCB discharged after inspection. A controller is connected to the motor, the supply adsorption member, the discharge adsorption member, the supply unit, and the mounting unit to control operation. |
