提供一种均包含CMOS的电力管理半导体装置或类比半导体装置之制造方法。根据本方法,具有高导热性的物质增加地设置于成低杂质浓度汲极区的半导体区上方,以致于使汲极区扩张,有助于突波输入期间提升汲极区中的导热性(或热发射)并抑制局部温度上升,藉以防止热损坏。因此,能够制造具有增加的电晶体设计可能性之电力管理半导体装置或类比半导体装置。
