PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for guiding a car accident crisis is provided to warn a car accident crisis by determining a car accident crisis when the occurrence of an in-vehicle event is generated. CONSTITUTION: A method for guiding a car accident crisis comprises; a step (S350) which determines whether an in-vehicle event is generated or not; a step (S370) determines a car accident crisis when the event is generated; and a step (S380) which warns the car accident crisis. Apparatus for guiding a car accident crisis comprises; a communication unit which receives information about events generated in ambient vehicles; an interface which receives the event generated in the inside-vehicle in which the user is on board; and a control unit which warns the car accident crisis when the car accident crisis is decided.
