PURPOSE: A cooling and heating cabinet for a vehicle is provided to promptly cool or heat stored items in a storage cabinet and to reduce a heat loss while transmitting heat from a thermoelectric element to the storage cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating cabinet for a vehicle comprises a storage unit, a thermoelectric element, a radiating unit (112), a gas inlet (116), a gas outlet (118), and an opening adjusting unit. The storage unit comprises a storage cabinet (102) and a storage cabinet housing (114). The thermoelectric element is formed at one side of the storage cabinet. The radiating unit is installed on the rear surface of the thermoelectric element to absorb and radiate heat from the thermoelectric element. The gas inlet is formed at one side of the storage cabinet housing. The gas outlet is formed at the other side of the storage cabinet housing. The opening adjusting unit opens or closes the internal passage of the gas inlet and outlet. |
