The present invention relates to a golf ball, more specifically to an environment friendly disposable golf ball with excellent strength, preventing environmental pollution by using environment friendly ingredients. The golf ball comprises: shell powder having pores; and a spherical main body containing mud and yellow soil for keeping the spherical shape and accommodating the mud shell powder. A sheathing layer is more comprised for surrounding the main body. According to another embodiment of the present invention specification, the golf ball comprises: shell powder made by pulverizing shells having pores; and a spherical main body containing yellow soil and mud for keeping the spherical shape by being mixed with the shell powder. A manufacturing method of the golf ball comprises the steps of: pulverizing shells; mixing the shell powder with yellow soil and mud; molding the mixture into a spherical main body; rapid-cooling the main body. The rapid-cooling step comprises the steps of: forming a sheathing layer for surrounding the rapid-cooled main body with Korean traditional papers; and an additional rapid-cooling step. The cooling step makes shortens the manufacture time, and gives a high strength for keeping the shape of the golf ball when a user hits the golf ball. In addition, the golf ball can be released shortly when being sunk under water. |
