The present invention relates to a coil cooling device which includes an injection unit which is inserted into an interior circle unit of a coil and injects cooling water toward the interior circle unit of the coil; a transfer unit which transfers the injection unit to be inserted into the interior circle unit of the coil; and a rotating unit which rotates the injection unit to make the cooling water injected by the injection unit reach the front surface of the interior circle unit of the coil.
