One embodiment of the present invention comprises a plating roll body rotating in one direction so as to plate a strip with a plating solution in a line process for electroplating a horizontal cell; a plating roll axis connected to both sides of the plating roll body; one or more roll slingers installed on the roll axis; and an apparatus for preventing the scattering of a plating solution which is installed on the top of the roll slinger to prevent the plating solution from being scattered from the roll slinger. |
