FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material processing by abrasive jets. Proposed installation comprises sealed chamber, sprayer gun with mechanical drive, work-piece clamp, PC, laser transducer to measure distance to sprayer gun and solenoid air-operated valve for air pressure control. Oven sprayer gun hose is fitted in abrasive collection vessel while opposite hose is communicated with air preparation unit. Workpiece clamp comprises electric drive with rpm transducer. Laser transducer and rpm transducer can transmit data to PC. Said PC can transmit signal to sprayer gun mechanical drive, air preparation unit and clamp drive.EFFECT: processing of complex shape parts.2 cl, 2 dwg |
