The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic solid fertilizer while removing odor by inserting livestock wastewater, which is a liquefied fertilizer continuously generated in stockbreeding farmhouses, into quicklime, slaked lime, elvan powder, red clay powder, germanium stone powder, and other materials. The solid fertilizer using livestock wastewater of the present invention is differently packaged and supplied by varying the content of ingredients of the solid fertilizer by adding 50 % of livestock excreta once to ten times by 500 % into 50 % of quicklime, slaked lime, elvan powder, red clay powder, germanium stone powder, and other materials, and stirring the mixture. The livestock wastewater solid fertilizer of the present invention is groundbreaking in livestock wastewater treatment and until now this technology has not been invented.
