A cutter type drill crown for drilling with core sampling includes body divided with washing slots into sectors, on those by overlap layout in the central, well-formation and core-formation sections cutters with diamond-hard alloy plates (DHP) are fixed, the wear-resistant surfaces of those on the well-forming and core-forming sections of the cutters are arranged at angleto the periphery of the body, and calibration wear-resistant inserts. At that to increase productivity and improve stabilization of the process of core sampling the cutter edges of the diamond-hard alloy plates are reinforced with special elements in prismatic form, wear resistance of those exceeds the wear-resistance of cutting surface of the DHP elements 2…3 times. At the elements in prismatic form one of the side surfaces coincides with the cutter surface of the diamond-hard alloy plate, at that in the well- and core-forming cutters the cross axis of the wear-resistant plate DHP is arranged at anglewith respect to the vector of rotation, and in the cutters placed in the central sections of the sectors the angleisand the cutter edges of those are arranged in one line that goes through the center of the crown, and on the core-forming sections of the sectors core-forming inserts are additionally attached, the wear-resistant surfaces of those are arranged in cylindrical form and the generatrix is placed in parallel to the direction of rotation. |
