A dough-sheeting machine consists of the following parts basic parts: a base, conveyers, in particular of a left conveyer and a right one, sheeting rollers – a lower roller and an upper one, of a drive of the lower sheeting rollers, a drive of the upper sheeting roller, a drive of the conveyer, a mechanism to regulate a space between the rollers, scrapers for the upper sheeting roller and for the lower sheeting roller, preventive grates, electrical equipment. A pair of rollers, in which the other roller is covered by a cover from the end, is connected into the upper part of the machine. |
