The invention relates to micro-optoelectronic equipment and can be used in technological processes of construction of sensor systems. An intellectual sensor includes an ultraviolet laser output of which is optically connected to the input of the polarizer, output of this one is optically connected through quartz retro-prism to thin metal film with sample with mirror coating, the input of this one is optically connected through quartz retro-prism to the input of the photo-detector ultraviolet structure, input of this one if electrically connected to the input of the micro-converter, with its output connected to computer and to the input of the unit for affecting the object through back coupling, its output is connected to the sample placed on the thin metal film and connected to it with electronic waves in working state. The device is the instrument of analytical technoque for bio-chemical analysis and can be used for detection and quantitative determination of substances in immunology, bio-technology, control of food products and determination of harmful admixtures and harmful viruses. |
