The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the dentistry and may be sued for restoring the dentition defects. According to the method of the dental implantation, the autologous plasma from the venous blood of the patient is enriched in growth factors. PRGF is used as gel, clot and biologic fibrin membrane. The osseous canal is irrigated, and the implant is moistened with PRGF gel. The fragment of the autologous bone of the patient obtained in the during generation of the implant bed is milled and mixed with PRGF clot. The autograft produced in such a way is used for filling bone defect surrounding the implant. The fibrin membrane is used for covering the implant.
