A method for the determination of possible result of treatment of not severe non-hospital pneumonia (NP) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is realized through determination and evaluation of anamnestic, clinical characteristics, at that the cardiac rate level is determined in patients at hospitalization (BPM), presence of antibacterial therapy (ABT) of NP before time of hospitalization to hospital, presence of affection of cardiac rhythm in patients, level of diastolic arterial pressure at hospitalization (mm. of mercury), presence of phlegm in 48-72 hours from the beginning of treatment, difference of characteristics of the scale “NP index” of the SENP questionary (scale of evaluation of non-hospital pneumonia) between “48-72 hours from the beginning of treatment” and the “day 0” (scores), then by the formula possible result of treatment is found, if the result obtained is lower than 0.5 the recovery of patient is diagnosed, in other case the absence of recovery. |
