The device has a cover tube (30) provided to cover a part of a transverse return bar (12), and comprising a low adhesion on the transverse return bar, where the device is connected to a side of vehicle brake pedals (2, 4). A brake control device is connected to another side of the vehicle brake pedal. A series of annular beads is provided along a length direction of the cover tube. A centering ring is provided on an end of another cover tube and supported on the transverse return bar, where the centering ring comprises bearings. The cover tubes are produced by molding using plastic. |
