<p>With respect to a rice cooker, in a water absorbing and heating step in which an object to be heated inside a pot is heated to a water absorbing temperature that is prescribed to be from normal temperature to around 60°C, a stirring part is driven with a first driving amount to stir the object to be heated inside the pot, and in a water absorbing step in which the water absorbing temperature is maintained for a prescribed water absorbing time, the stirring part is driven with a second driving amount that is less than the first driving amount to stir the heated object inside the pot. Subsequently, the following steps are performed: a boiling heating step in which the heated object inside the pot is heated to a prescribed boiling temperature, a boiling step in which a boiling state is maintained for a prescribed boiling time, and a steaming step in which the inside of the pot is kept at a prescribed steaming temperature to steam the heated object inside the pot.</p> |
