The solubilization method comprises dissolving the nitrendipine in acetone, adding an aqueous solution of surfactant to the prepared solution, herein using 7.00-12.00 wt.parts acetone and 0.08-0.5 wt.parts surfactants against 1 wt.parts nitrendipine. Soluble is the nitrendipine of soluble-non soluble drugs as a antagonist for calcium, which is used for a hypertension medical cure.
