PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to simply confirm how the image data changes due to individual image processing to be performed during execution of a job.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus displays the processing path of a plurality of types of image processing, to be performed sequentially in an image processing section after image data is input to an image input section until an image is output from an image output section, on a display, and also displays thumbnail images, generated in a thumbnail image generation section, on the display. Furthermore, progress of image processing for the image data is displayed by updating the display state of the processing path, and the thumbnail images to be displayed on the display is updated in conjunction with the update of display state of the processing path. |
