PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a computer program for relatively controlling cargo movement actuators included in a cargo handling system.SOLUTION: A system includes a processor, a storage medium, and plural cargo actuators to move a first cargo and a second cargo. The storage medium determines each desired behavior of the first and second cargoes when executed with the processor. The desired behavior of the first cargo includes at least an explicit behavior and the desired behavior of the second cargo includes at least a behavior that is relative to the first cargo. Plural strategies for controlling the plural cargo actuators are scored on the basis of how much the strategy is close to an achievement of the desired behavior. On the basis of the score, an optimal strategy is selected. On the basis of the selected strategy, the plural cargo actuators are controlled. |
