PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet food which contains green juice component to be ingested without resolution, and a manufacturing method of the tablet food.SOLUTION: The tablet food is formed into a tablet from raw material powder which contains dry powder produced from milled juice of green plant. The raw material powder also contains an antioxidant component. In the manufacturing method of the tablet food, the raw material powder which contains dry powder produced from milled juice of green plant is formed into a tablet. |
