PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which even when an operation of an operational part is executed during voice recording in a voice signal processing device, a contact sound generated immediately after the user comes in contact with the operational part can be reduced.SOLUTION: A voice signal processing device includes: sound collection means for collecting ambient sound so as to generate a voice signal; operational means with which a user operates the voice signal processing device; reduction means for performing, to a voice signal generated by the sound collection means, reduction processing for reducing a contact sound generated between the operational means and a predetermined object; detecting means for detecting a proximity of the predetermined object to the operational means and control means for controlling, when the proximity is detected by the detection means, the reduction means so that the reduction processing is started. |
