PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the formation of a carbon nano-tube using catalytic material, to be performed in a state where the cost is reduced.SOLUTION: On a substrate 101, fine particles 102 composed of catalytic material functioning as carbon nano-tube growth catalyst are disposed. The substrate 101 having the fine particles 102 disposed thereon is covered with organic resin to form a coating film 103. Then, the substrate 101 having the coating film 103 formed thereon is heated under inactive atmosphere to cause a carbon nano-tube to grow from the fine particles 102. |
