The present invention relates to a system that accurately measures the moving positions of trains which move along the same tracks by using a monitoring apparatus including a laser generator that is installed in the train, a camera that obtains three-dimensional coordinates, and a measurement device that measures vibrations of the train so as to repeatedly accumulate and process measurement data on rails, streetcar lines, and tunnel structures and monitor such railway installations at the same time. The present invention provides a railway installation monitoring system that is configured to include: a laser generator (200) that is provided on a train; a camera (100) that is operated in connection with the laser generator so as to be capable of monitoring a railway installation and of acquiring image information data that is measured; a three-dimensional image information conversion device (110) that uses the image information data acquired by the laser generator and the camera and converts the data into three-dimensional image information; a position determination unit (300) that determines the position of the railway installation to be measured; a signal processing device (400) that sends an operating command for the laser generator or/and the camera; and an overall data processing device (500) that processes, analyzes, interprets, or stores the image information data, the three-dimensional image information, or the data transmitted from the position determination unit. Also provided is the railway installation monitoring system in which the position determination unit is configured to have: a dynamic behavior measurement device (310) that senses the movement of the train; a distance measurement sensor (320) that is used to measure the moving position of the train; a speed measurement device (330); a high-speed precision clock (340); and an information processing device (350) that processes the information transmitted from the device or the sensor. Also provided is the railway installation monitoring system in which the railway installation, the image information of which is acquired by the laser generator (200) and the camera (100), is at least any one of a rail, a streetcar line, a rail tie, and a tunnel structure. Also, the present invention provides the railway installation monitoring system that is capable of data measurement (DAQ) with respect to distance information measured by the position determination unit and image information on the railway installation in a given section according to the distance information. |
