The present invention relates to a vehicle battery deterioration determination method. More specifically, a vehicle battery deterioration determination method given in the present invention monitors the charging current and the charging time of a battery and determines the deterioration of the battery. To do so, the method includes a step of determining whether the charge guarantee value of the battery, the status of the output signal of an alternator, the speed of a vehicle, the acceleration status of the vehicle meet the battery deterioration determination conditions; a step of, if the battery deterioration determination conditions are met, monitoring the charging current and the charging time of the battery from the charge guarantee value to a target value of the battery; and a step of determining the deterioration of the battery based on the monitored result.
