The present invention relates to a cellular phone screen protection film and a method of manufacturing the film and, more specifically, to a cellular phone screen protection film and a method of manufacturing the film for preventing damage to a display indicating means by being attached to the front of the display indicating means of the cellular phone; for transmitting a screen to be seen in case a user makes a call on a cellular phone or uses a cellular phone; and for converting the screen into a mirror in case the user does not use the cellular phone.
