According to the present invention, a method for measuring the moving angle of a joint in the human body is disclosed. The method for measuring the moving angle of a joint in the human body comprises the steps of: capturing an image of an object to be measured; extracting a shoulder point and a wrist point from the captured image; calculating a first angle between a first hypotenuse formed by linearly connecting the shoulder point and the wrist point and a first bottom side formed by connecting the shoulder point and a projecting point of the wrist in a right-angled triangle; and outputting the calculated first angle as the moving angle of a shoulder joint. The present invention automatically measures the moving angle of the joint in the human body with high precision to analyze the posture of the object to be measured or to diagnose the body functions of the object to be measured based on the measured results.
