The present invention provides a composition usable in manufacturing food, health supplementary food, food additives, enzyme, liquor, cosmetics, hairdyes, hair tonics, hair growth solutions, dye or coating agents for natural fibers, fiber materials, dye coating agents of paper or source materials thereof by mixing the lacquer component with crab or source materials in detoxification and the process of detoxification. Specifically, the present invention has the purpose to provide a composition using crab and lacquer components by mixing 0.5-99.5 wt% of at least one selected from the group consisting of crab, water-insoluble chitosan, chito oligosaccharide, chitin oligosaccharide, glucosamine hydrochloride and glucosamine sulfate using crab as a source material, and 0.5-99.5 wt% of lacquer tree components and stirring or heating.
