PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide with high S/N ratio in which a crosstalk is suppressed, and a highly reliable electronic apparatus provided with the optical waveguide.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 is plate-shaped and includes: four core parts for signal transmission 141 provided in parallel and used for the transmission of optical signals; core parts for evaluation 143 provided between each of the two core parts for signal transmission 141 being in parallel with the core parts for signal transmission 141 and used for the evaluation of transmission characteristics; core parts for dummy 142 provided between each of the two core parts for signal transmission 141 being in parallel with the core parts for signal transmission 141 and not used for the transmission of optical signals; and side face clad parts 15 placed side by side with each of the core parts 141, 142 and 143 respectively, and having a refractive index lower than those of the core parts. Also, recessed parts 170 are formed at the optical waveguide 1, and regions which traverse the core parts for signal transmission 141, among the inner faces of the recessed parts 170, are made to be mirrors (optical path conversion parts) 17 which convert the optical path of the core parts for signal transmission 141. |
