<p>Isolating nucleic acids, comprises incubating a sample material containing the nucleic acids with a carrier material having a surface with at least two functional groups X and Y1, which can be differentiated chemically and both have no affinity to nucleic acids, using lysis- or binding buffer solutions and subsequent washing of the carrier with at least one bifunctional reagent, which has not only an affinity to the group Y1 but also to the nucleic acids, in a buffer solution. An independent claim is included for a test kit for the isolation of nucleic acids, comprising the above substances.</p> |
