PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing equipment capable of speedily printing while preventing ink from being stuck on a conveyance body such as a roller and a belt without making the equipment large-sized.SOLUTION: There is provided printing equipment which prints predetermined information on a medium with user's ink. The printing equipment includes a first conveyor roller 11 for conveying a medium inserted from an insertion opening, a head part 13 for printing the predetermined information on the medium conveyed by the first conveyor roller 11, a second conveyor roller 14 for conveying the medium having the predetermined information printed by the head part 13, a driving mechanism 15 which places the second roller 14 in operation to move toward or away from a conveyance surface of the medium, and a control part which controls the operation of the driving mechanism 15 so as to put the second conveyor roller 14, on which inks sticks as the medium having the predetermined information printed is conveyed, away from the conveyance surface at the timing when a position on the second conveyor roller 14 on which the ink sticks comes into contact with the conveyance surface. |
