The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transdermal preparation which enables the more efficient induction of a CTL by a cancer antigen peptide derived from WT1 protein. According to the present invention, it becomes possible to induce a CTL more efficiently by applying a transdermal preparation which comprises an ether-type additive represented by formula (1) [wherein R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 8 to 24 carbon atoms; and R2 represents a group represented by formula (2) or a group represented by formula (3) (wherein m represents an integer of 1 to 18)] and having a liquid form at 20°C to a cancer antigen peptide derived from WT1 protein.
