<p>Disclosed are a service bearing re-establishment method and device. The method comprises: during the process of a UE switching from a source cell to a target cell, the current HFN and SN of UE service bearing of the AM mode are stored, and the service bearing that the target cell has failed to accept is deleted; the UE fails to switch to the target cell, and re-establishes a connection with the source cell; the UE establishes the service bearing failed to be accepted, determines that the service bearing is of the AM mode and that the HFN and SN corresponding to the service bearing have been stored, and assigns the corresponding HFN and SN for the service bearing. The present invention ensures that the UE can establish new service bearing of the AM mode, thereby avoiding service data cutoff.</p> |
