<p>A power drive structure of an inverter, controller, and servo drive, comprising a drive control apparatus (3), an MOS transistor fix-mounting frame component (4), a positive electrode power transistor fix-mounting ring (6), and an external heat-dissipating base housing (7). An inner-ring MOS power transistor (3-2) and an outer-ring MOS power transistor (3-1) are arranged on the drive control apparatus (3), where the inner-ring MOS power transistor (3-2) and the outer-ring MOS power transistor (3-1) are symmetrically distributed in concentric circles having different diameters, where the positive electrode power transistor fix-mounting ring (6) is embedded between the inner-ring MOS power transistor (3-2) and the outer-ring MOS power transistor (3-1), and where the MOS transistor fix-mounting frame component (4) is sleeved into the inner-ring MOS power transistor (3-2). The drive structure is easy to remove, convenient to maintain, and at the same time is capable of reducing parasitic voltage.</p> |
