PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uneventfully perform position registration processing even when using a COMBINED position registration signal.SOLUTION: A parameter showing Inter-SGSN or Intra-SGSN is added to a signal for forcibly performing position registration. The parameter is made to function as a flag for 'Do not delete' or a flag showing prohibition of deletion. Deletion of subscriber profile information stored in an SGSN is prohibited so that a trouble does not occur in communication using a mobile terminal, by making the SGSN, an HLR, and the like recognize the flag in performing COMBINED position registration, even when the SGSN has not changed in the case that an LICH flag is set, or position registration of the mobile terminal is forcibly performed because the subscriber profile information stored in the SGSN may be inaccurate. |
