PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column supporting implement which can be readily installed on a floor surface and the like and can be removed without leaving the trace of a screw hole, etc., and a fixing method for the column supporting implement.SOLUTION: Base members 10 provided with handrail housing parts 11, 11 housing and holding lower ends of props 16a, 16b are installed on a road surface or a floor surface, and each base member is fixed by first adhesive tapes 12, 12. A cover member 13 is arranged on the first adhesive tapes 12, 12, and a protective member 15 is adhered to the cover member 13 by second adhesive tapes 14, 14. Furthermore, the props 16a, 16b are mounted to the handrail housing parts 11, 11, and a handrail 17 is mounted to the props 16a, 16b. Thus, the mounting of the handrail is facilitated and a state before installation can be maintained even if the handrail is removed. |
