PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressing device that can suppress noise by predicting the property of a signal from a preceding part of extracted signals even if the property of noise is unknown. SOLUTION: An input voice signal inputted from an input part 1 is intensified in high frequency by a preprocessing part 2, and amplitude spectrum is detected by a spectrum detecting part 3 and stored as measured spectrum in a first storage part 4. Spectral envelope at a following time point is predicted from the measured spectrum by a spectrum predicting part 5 on the basis of the time change locus of spectral envelope. The predicted spectrum and the measured spectrum are compared in a spectrum comparing part 6, and a signal not included in the predicted spectrum is extracted. The spectrum is determined by a spectrum determining part 7, and after being stored in a second storage part 8, the spectrum is Fourier-transformed by an output part 9 so as to be converted into a sound signal and outputted. |
