The arrangement has a base body (16) made of an electrically insulating material and comprising cavities (24) i.e. channels (26), for fixture of electrical connection elements (14). A contact surface (42) is provided for surface mounting of the arrangement. A clamping device (44) i.e. spring lever, outwardly protrudes from the cavities over a side (34) of the base body. The connection elements are clamped between a wall (46) limiting the cavities and the clamping device, where the clamping device or the connection elements are spring-loaded. The connection elements are made of sheet metal. The connection elements are made of sheet metal and designed as spring clips that are made of spring-loaded sheet metal.
