PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional vehicle periphery visual recognition device that an image or a video in a range corresponding to the vehicle state cannot be obtained.SOLUTION: The vehicle periphery visual recognition device comprises: an image pick-up device 1; a detector 2; an image processing apparatus 3; and a display device 4. The image pick-up device 1 captures the image around a vehicle C. The detector 2 detects the vehicle information. The image processing apparatus 3 cuts out six images in a range to use, from the image A0 of the entire range around a vehicle C captured by the image pick-up device 1, and selects at least one cut-out image out of the six cut-out images A1-A6, based on the vehicle information from the detector 2. The display device 4 displays at least one cut-out image selected by the image processing apparatus 3. As a result, an image in a range corresponding to the state of the vehicle C is obtained. |
