PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a conference system which can receive an instruction by a participant who has no operation terminal for accessing a projector or a server.SOLUTION: An information processing device which is connected with a projection unit for projecting an image and a gesture recognition unit for recognizing a gesture made by a person, comprises: a projection image transmission unit which outputs a projection image to the projection unit; an image capture unit which captures a projection image being projected by the projection unit if the gesture recognition unit recognizes a gesture; a transmission destination determination unit which determines a transmission destination address on the basis of the gesture recognized by the gesture recognition unit; and a capture image transmission unit which transmits the captured image captured by the image capture unit to the transmission destination address determined by the transmission destination determination unit.
