PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element excellent in a luminance life.SOLUTION: In the organic EL element, a luminescent layer contains a composition containing a polymer compound I having a specific structure and a polymer compound II containing a specific structure, or contains a polymer compound III forming a block type copolymer having a specific structure, and a hole injection layer or a hole transport layer contains a composition containing a polymer compound IV having 10 mol% or more of a constitutional unit of a specific structure, and a polymer compound V containing at least one constitutional unit selected from a group composed of a constitutional unit (a) containing fullerene or a fullerene derivative, a constitutional unit (b) containing azulene or an azulene derivative, and a constitutional unit (c) containing stilbene or stilbene derivative, or contains a polymer compound VI having 10 mol% or more of a constitutional unit of a specific structure, and at least one constitutional unit selected from the group composed of the constitutional units (a)-(c). |
