PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sphingolipid-containing composition which has high safety, no problem in blending and in which a use amount of solvent required for extraction can be minimized.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of manufacturing a sphingolipid-containing composition in which an organic solvent is added to a residue of squeezed juice obtained by squeezing citrus fruit to extract sphingolipid into the organic solvent, a method of manufacturing a sphingolipid-containing composition in which an enzyme is added to a residue of squeezed juice obtained by squeezing citrus fruit to perform enzyme treatment, or a method of manufacturing a sphingolipid-containing composition in which fruit juice obtained by squeezing citrus fruit is subjected to heavy centrifugal separation to collect a sedimentation part. |
